We specialize in providing software development solutions, consultancy services, and the sale of software licenses. All services are delivered digitally and remotely.

Orders for software licenses or services can be placed via our online platform or through direct invoicing. Payment must be completed in full before delivery. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

Digital licenses are delivered to the registered email address or user account within 2 business days upon successful payment and signed agreement. Consultancy services are scheduled and delivered as per mutual agreement.

As digital goods are non-returnable once delivered, refunds are only issued in specific, verifiable cases such as failure of delivery or critical defects. Cancellations are not available for completed deliveries.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

All software, tools, and content provided remain the intellectual property of AZS Services or its licensors and are licensed, not sold.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.

ASZ Services OÜ values your privacy and ensures that your personal data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We will not share Your data to any one except to regulator if required by law.

We collect personal data such as your name, email address, billing details, and service preferences when you use our website, purchase our services, or contact us.

AZS Services OÜ delivers software licenses and consultancy services digitally. As such, our ability to offer cancellations or refunds is limited and depends on the nature and status of service delivery.

Please note the distinction below:

    • Refunds may be issued after payment, but only if the product was not delivered or is defective.

    • Cancellations are only possible before a product or service has been delivered or started.

Once a license key has been issued or a service commenced, cancellation and refund are no longer available, except in cases of technical failure.

Refunds may be granted under the following specific conditions:

    • The license key was not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

    • The delivered license key is defective or non-functional, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

Refunds are not issued in the case of:

    • Customer error (e.g., incorrect product selection)

    • Change of mind after delivery

    • Successful and verifiable delivery of a functioning license

    • Orders for software licenses cannot be cancelled once the license key has been issued, as delivery is considered complete and irreversible.

    • Bookings for consultancy services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the agreed start time. A 10% processing fee may apply.
